Sunday Breakfast at Mimi's

Turns out we're out of free storage space for photos...ugh. A yearly fee? I wonder if it is worth it.

Darrell Working Sunday

Inventory...work never ends even on Sundays.

And he works...and works...and works...

Inventory today, then return any duds to Ed so they get to the office this week.

Fall Colors at Home

Let Max out of the garage this morning and he began investigating his territory. Which got me out and about looking at the fall colors around our home. There are some red leaves on the Bradford Pear tree, but it won't be the burning bush of red that it has been in past seasons.

Max sniffing the trees, jumping on the mailbox to play with the grass.

Max out in the morning sunshine. These leaves are all from the same tree.

Saturday Bazaar Cats Accessories

Darrell shopped Lowes and got brushed nickel towl racks and toilet paper holder. Pam did manage to shop a couple of yard sales and a Holiday Bazaar after her long morning of conference calls. It was really difficult to get into Christmas Holiday shopping when it was 70 degrees outside. Besides, it was mostly businesses setup to sell Mary Kay, Arbonne, Silpada, Pampered Chef...not exactly the craft type of show that would have really been holiday related. Silpada is jewelry, home sales type of thing. The lady asked Pam if she would be interested in having a home showing and when Pam said no thanks she handed her a catalog and moved on to the next customer. Bad move, Pam loves jewelry and might have actually purchased a ring. The flier even mentioned bake sale items...most of which were storebought and re-priced. Pam did manage to find a loaf of homemade Pumpkin bread with raisens and walnuts. So the shopping wasn't a total loss. But no pictures, imagine that. Pam was tired after all.

Pam had conference calls from 1am-2:30am then again from 6:00am-11am.

Darrell gathered up some returns for Lowes and picked out towel bars.

The weather was wonderful so we took a 45 minute walk between 5 & 6pm. The picture of the house was one we saw on our walk. The fall colors and the blow up Turkey in the yard added to the fall feel. Let's not forget Thanksgiving in our rush between H'ween and C'Day. And then time spent with the cats. Max loves to play, he has boundless energy. Beans like to hang out by the mommy every chance she gets.

Happy Birthday Zach!

Happy Birthday to Zach! Card and cash are late as usual.

Max as himself

Max relaxing in the former back of the recliner we had for 15 years, now a cat bed. And Max winking at the camera. He is obviously better after his illness a couple weeks ago.
